1. Prices & Payment Terms

  • All prices on DKLuggage.co.uk are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed subject to stock availability.
  • By placing an order, you agree that the payment information provided is accurate and valid.

2. Purchasing from DKLuggage.co.uk

  • To purchase an item, simply click the “Add to Basket” button on the product page.
  • In-stock items are dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday).
  • All customer data and payment details are securely stored in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days for most UK addresses.
  • Express Delivery: Free to all UK mainland addresses.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the next working day. Orders after 6 pm or on weekends are dispatched the following working day.
  • Our courier may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left to reschedule delivery.
  • While we aim to meet delivery times, DKLuggage.co.uk is not responsible for courier delays.
  • If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in unused, brand-new condition with original packaging.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email within the 7-day period.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Please contact us before returning any goods.
  • Returns must be sent at your own expense and arrive in saleable condition. We recommend using recorded delivery.
  • Refunds may take up to 28 days after the items are received at our warehouse.
  • Collection of returned goods is available for £9.99.

6. Guarantee & Warranty

  • All products are guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or exchange the product.
  • Additional postage costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Airport damage disclaimer: Please check your luggage before leaving the airport. Damage caused by baggage handling is not covered by manufacturer warranties. Claims should be made directly with the airline.
